Orders and Payments

When you place an order on our site, you are making an offer to purchase the products, subject to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason, including product availability, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraud.

All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current UK rate (20%) unless otherwise stated. The total price including VAT and any applicable delivery charges will be shown clearly before you confirm your order.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By submitting your payment details, you authorise us and Stripe to charge the payment method provided for the total order amount. We do not store your card details.

Shipping and Delivery

We strive to deliver products within the timeframes indicated on the site. However, delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to shipping carrier delays or inventory issues. Collection orders may also require preparation time and can take a couple of days before they are ready for pickup.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Any issues with delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information are your responsibility. Once your order is dispatched, we use a third-party courier and are not responsible for delays, damage in transit, or loss of items — though we will reasonably assist you in pursuing a claim with the courier where applicable.

Your Right to Cancel

If you are a consumer purchasing online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your goods under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 — without giving any reason.

Returns and Refunds

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to submit a refund request. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 calendar days of us receiving the goods back.

If returned items are deemed ineligible, we reserve the right to deny the request. You may then choose to collect the items or arrange redelivery at your expense. Please note that boiler parts are strictly non-refundable and are excluded from our standard returns policy.
